Quality & Assurance Analyst with Spanish (two weeks per month afternoon working hours)

Accounts Payables’ objective is to process payment documents in a timely, accurate and cost efficient manner in a well-controlled environment. Quality Assurance is at the end of the payment chain, assuring independent verification of vendor set-up and outgoing payments on sample basis from control reports. Position in Quality Assurance team requires detail orientation and is time driven.

Scope of work:

  • Independent verification
  • Review system payment runs
  • Execute manual payments
  • Review control reports

Please note that two weeks per month the working hours are between 13:30 and 22:00.

Accounts Payables’ objective is to process payment documents in a timely, accurate and cost efficient manner in a well-controlled environment.
Activities of the Accounts Payable Professional  include the following:

  • Pre-checking invoices and Tax requirements
  • Processing invoices or travel and expenses statements
  • Solving problems related to the payment of invoices
  • Working in large accounting systems including SAP
  • Ensuring payments are controlled and accurate
  • Communicating with internal business users and vendors
  • Creating vendor profiles and communicating with banks

In this role you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio (B2B), from the order placement until the delivery has been made. You will be following up and resolving different tasks, using state of the art systems like SAP and CRM. In daily interaction with your assigned customers you will be cooperating with various functions such as Sales, Supply and Distribution, located throughout Europe, Africa and Middle East.
 
This position is defined as entry-level and is suitable for candidates at early stage of their career.
